Returns & Exchanges
Moh B. Couture will provide a refund or exchange for your items, except for clearance and made-to-order items, which are final sale. We don’t accept returns or exchanges on any made-to-order items, as they are made based upon the wearer measurements and instructions. Clothes can be altered until the customer’s satisfaction.
If a refund or exchange is required for your ready-to-wear outfit, notify Moh B. Couture via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours from the time you receive the merchandise for return instructions. They will be accepted as long as ALL of the following apply:
- Exchanges are shipped to the address below within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges back to us.
- If you need an exchange, your exchange would be shipped free to you.
- The merchandise is clean, not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- It is returned in its original packaging.
- It still has the original tags.
If any of the above conditions above aren’t met, your return may be denied or you may be given store credit.
If the above conditions are met, you will be refunded.
If your original invoice/receipt is lost, print out your shipping confirmation and send with the return package.

Store credit will be issued to returns received after 14 days.
For credit card payments, please allow 5-10 business days for payment to reflect back into your account.
For PayPal payments, please allow 1-2 business days for payment to reflect back into your account.
We accept exchanges within 14 days after your order was delivered to you. No returns or exchanges after 14 days. If you wish to return an item that was already exchanged, you can only be provided with store credit if we receive item within 14 days.
Items bought on clearance may only be returned for an exchange or store credit. A refund is not permitted.
We are not responsible for and will not provide a refund or exchange for items that are marked 'delivered' by the carrier. It is the customers responsibility to consult with and resolve this with the carrier if you haven't received your item but it is marked delivered.
If the carrier attempts delivery with no success and the order is returned back to us, the customer will be responsible for any customs, duties and additional shipping fees associated with the re-delivery attempt.
Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong item? If you no longer wish to purchase your garment, notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours days from when your order is placed. Full refund will be provided. If cancellation request is received after 24 hours, the order will not be cancelled.
